Financial Assistance Opportunities

We are doing what we can through creativity and partnerships to help offset some of the systemic barriers to quality, accessible, and affirming mental health services caused by the inadequate and privatized healthcare system in the US. While our licensed providers are able to offer only a very limited number of slightly fee-reduced services, below are our current opportunities for significant financial assistance.

Healing Umbrella interns

The competitive internship program at Healing Umbrella selects our interns from our area’s finest accredited master’s programs in social work, counseling, and other mental health disciplines. We provide their supervision in-house with our own skilled clinicians, and we financially support their chosen paths for training in the most up-to-date and affirming evidenced based modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS.

Healing Umbrella interns charge significantly lower rates, and are able to match what you’re able to pay if their rate is too much!

Trans Justice Funding Project (TJFP) Mental Health Scholarship

We have limited funding though our grant from TJFP available for economically vulnerable clients who are both Trans (inclusive of nonbinary, gender nonconforming, and gender expansive) and BIPOC. Please inquire through our contact form if this is you!

Clarksville Q Mental Health Scholarship
